Event Support: Assist with setup, rearrangement, and cleaning after meetings or events to ensure the space is ready for the next use.

Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels) and communicate with management to ensure timely ordering.

Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, employees, or visitors by providing directions or answering questions about the facility.

Safety & Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor to maintain a safe work environment.

Facility Standards Monitoring: Continuously assess the cleanliness and safety of all public and shared spaces throughout the day.

Experience: Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning services is required.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift (up to 40lbs) as needed throughout the shift.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize and complete multiple cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Work Independence: Ability to work independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision, while also being part of a larger team when needed.

Background Check & Drug Test: Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
