Construction Superintendent Qualifications

2 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience; experience with, but not limited to medical imaging rooms, X-Ray rooms, and hospitals

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects

Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Strong team building skills

Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents

Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus

Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
