This is a Full-time position.

Job Description: Network Support engineer in charge of all retail sites for a financial customer.

3 Years of experience Troubleshooting networks Basic Experience with Routing and Switching Experience handling Tickets Experience managing vendors, RMA's, Tickets.

Experience with Service Now tool Monitoring and troubleshooting English: Fluent Teamwork Time Management Very good communication skills Topology mpls ITIL Knowledge, Basic.
