We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing top-tier service. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills.
