Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain products or services and answer customer queries.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
