Principal Quality Engineer

Job Summary

The Principal Quality Engineer (Quality Supervisor) is hired as FTE to:

manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Ecolab Philippines Inc Supply Chain covering both Binan and Calamba sites

ensure execution and implementation of requirements to standard of ISO9001 – Quality Management System, GMP, HALAL

ensure compliance to legal requirements related to controlled chemicals and laboratory accreditation

work with the Supply Chain Management team to manage implementation of ECOLAB Corporate and Regional policies and procedures related to Quality and make sure that the same Quality is always implemented in other Supply Chain processes such as Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Production and Logistics at Binan and Calamba sites

lead actively and monitor coordination and participation in the implementation of the Ecolab eQMS tool and the Ecolab TPM Progressive Quality (PQ) Pillar

establish and formulate other quality programs (campaigns) and initiatives as part of continuous improvement

be a Leadership model and display a natural diligence and resiliency to achieve Ecolab goals
