We are currently looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Commercial Team in Hasbro South Korea. In this role you will report into the National Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
In conjunction with National Account Manager, deliver the financial targets
Ensure company sales and marketing standard is fully implemented in all stores
Increase the SKU display
Conduct periodical reviews with customers to analyse their past sales and set up action plans to ensure profitability
Collect market intelligence and report it to manager on a weekly basis
Take corrective actions as required to sustain sales
Ensure the collection of all accounts receivable
Provide weekly sales report as well as contact report with customer.
Analyse distributor’s inventory level to optimize sales process
Submit forecasting by product by customer on monthly basis.
Develop and execute sales programs to expedite sales and/or slow moving items.
Conclude and follow up the sales orders from customers.
Qualifications And Skills:
3-5+ years senior sales experience with branded or lifestyle consumer products in multinational, matrixed organisations across multiple brands and high volume SKUs (FMCG or relevant Toy / Entertainment or Fashion company desirable)
Previous sales experience across broad channel portfolio including distributors and direct
Knowledge of various offline & online servicing models (outright / SOR / consignment / eCom enabler)
Fluent in both Korean and English language (written, preferably verbal English as well) with the ability to communicate in a clear, persuasive manner
In-depth understanding of the local retail landscape and knowledge of the key developments in a changing retail environment and how to maximise these
Experience building long term strategies and stretch goals with the motivation to effectively execute
Ability to think out of the box and be entrepreneurial to accelerate growth opportunities
Strong business and commercial acumen
Strong numeracy with the ability to analyse complex and sometimes incomplete data and make sound commercial decisions based on that analysis
Excellent influencing and reasoning skills, able to influence based on a factual and personal/emotional basis with ease
Ambitious, proactive, result-oriented, self-initiating, persistent and independent
