CONTRACTS SPECIALIST
The WW Customer Contracts Operations team provides end-to-end operational support throughout the lifecycle of our direct contracts, from initial customer engagement through to contract closeout. We add value to the business relationship between the customer and HP by delivering professional contract management while maintaining high levels of compliance and customer satisfaction. With operational excellence we support HP’s sales teams and assist in facilitating the sales process for our clients and customers.
We are looking for a self-motivated person who is capable of both providing contracts administration support on EMEA contracts with a focus on German contracts, and capable of completing customer operational requirements within a specific timeframe while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Working as part of a virtual team, the Contracts Specialist’s primary responsibilities are:
Managing existing contracts to ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations.
Onboarding new contracts
Completing required customer vendor forms and supplying regulatory documents as requested.
Ensuring that HP sales contracts are managed in accordance with HP’s internal contract compliance requirements.
Following detailed process manual
Manage contract renewals and addendums.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, contracts management or a related field.
Bachelor degree in management, sales or related field.
Qualifications:
Mandatory requirements. The successful candidate must:
Strong German and English language skills
French language is a plus but not mandatory
Be able to read and understand contract and terms and conditions.
Be able to read and follow detailed written process documents.
Be able to work independently as part of a virtual team.
Be able to manage aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced selling environment.
Have sound business judgement and decision-making skills.
