Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst with an analytical, detail-oriented, and critical mindset to manage key processes in compensation, personnel administration, and labor relations within our organization.
What you'll do:
Manage the salary review process, including adjustments and updates.
Participate in market surveys and compare internal profiles with benchmarks.
Define salaries for new hires, promotions, and lateral moves.
Handle payroll tasks and personnel processes like hires, promotions, and leaves.
Monitor temporary contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Advise internal clients on HR policies and labor relations.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in payroll or personnel administration is a must
Experience in compensation and benefits (comps) is a plus.
Advanced level of EXCEL.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Labor Contract Law
Solid understanding of compensation principles and regulations.
Experience with market analysis, job evaluation,
Compensation software and CCP/GRP certification a plus.
