Description:
Director of Rehabilitation
This role is for a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to oversee therapy operations at the Embassy of Woodview location.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise rehabilitation staff.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Oversee direct patient care and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the healthcare team for comprehensive care.
Provide guidance and conduct staff evaluations.
Experience:
Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
State licensure or eligibility.
Healthcare management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and fiscal management skills.
