As a Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by connecting with clients, showcasing our cutting-edge products, and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs. From nurturing relationships with existing customers to uncovering new opportunities, your efforts will directly contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers.
Prospect new leads through cold calling and networking.
Use Monday.com CRM to manage leads, track proposals, and organize client interactions.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions work.
Gather necessary information (photos, videos, etc.) to quote projects.
Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to deal closure.
Meet or exceed sales targets while staying organized and proactive.
Qualifications
A proven track record of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills.
Knowledgeable about sales processes and comfortable with technology, including CRM systems.
Highly motivated to ask for business and close deals.
Compensation and Bonus Structure
We offer a competitive salary of $900.00 to $3,000.00 per month, with earnings based on performance and achievement of sales targets
