A Data Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within an organization. They play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity by conducting audits, implementing quality control measures, and recommending improvements to data management processes.

Conduct monthly audits for different market segment.
Small Law
Large Law
Corporate Legal

State and Local Government

Academic
Data Validation and Verification
Implement data validation checks to identify inconsistencies and errors.
Verify data using valid sources and correct errors where necessary.
Data Management
Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and enforce data quality best practices and standard operating procedures.
Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and improve data quality auditing processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and integrity.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Document data quality issues and track their resolution.
Communicate audit results and data quality issues to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong critical thinking abilities to evaluate and improve data quality processes.
Good communicator and strong presentation skills
Experience in process mapping & root cause analysis.
Completed Continuous Improvement Project(s).
Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months.
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
