We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead sales and marketing initiatives across multiple divisions, including construction, maintenance, retail, and specialty outdoor products. The ideal candidate will develop unified strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster cross-divisional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Oversee and support sales teams across all divisions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Increase sales conversion rates, particularly in key divisions, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation, to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5–7 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally in construction or related industries.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales technologies, and Microsoft Office.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
