Position: Bilingual Electrical Construction Leader (Foreman)
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range: $43 per hour
The Superior Group is taking on new and exciting electrical construction projects, and we’re now looking to expand our team in Central Ohio even further.
As a Foreman, you’re a leader on our construction jobsites. You manage crews, maintain safety and quality, and ensure that our production schedule stays on track. Additionally, you will use your fluency in Spanish and English to help guide our Spanish-speaking Electricians.
Relocation Assistance: We offer relocation compensation for successful candidates who are not located within 120 miles of the jobsite they are assigned to.
Responsibilities
Uphold a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
Provide ongoing translation support (Spanish-English) to teams of Electricians
Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems
Communicate with the General Foreman and Superintendent regarding production schedule, scope changes, material needs, and labor management

Your Expertise
You have at least 6 years of experience in commercial electrical construction
You are fluent in Spanish and English
You are knowledgeable in industry codes, standards, requirements, and methods
