2+ years of practice as a lawyer

CRE focused practice

Work with private lenders in providing financing

Draft complex commercial contracts

Work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members towards a common goal

The successful candidate will have:

Superb organization skills and strong work ethic

Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills

Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time

The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
