PROGRAM MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Manage and coordinate multiple projects across teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Strategic Planning: Develop program roadmaps, define objectives, and ensure milestones are met within timelines and budgets.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Resource Allocation: Coordinate resource planning across teams to optimize productivity.

• Performance Tracking: Use metrics to monitor progress and ensure program objectives are met.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in technology or software development industries.

• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.

• Skills:

o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

o Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
