The ideal candidate will be well versed in Peoplesoft technologies (such as\: PeopleSoft Query, SQL,COGNOS, Microsoft Access knowledge and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.) with the ability to lead projects for modifications and enhancements to our OAKS system with an understanding of accounting procedures and principles.
What You'll Do:
Provides production support to the Financial Support Services team with strong Accounts Payable (AP) skills and the integration to other modules.
Provides technical guidance to business owners, including all areas related to the modification, enhancement & management of assigned module in our proprietary system\: Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) Financials (e.g., PeopleSoft’s General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Travel and Expense (T&E), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), eSupplier (eSup), and eSettlements (eSet).
Performs root cause analysis for help desk cases related to system problems and provide resolution with data updates
Cash Reconciliation between the Treasurer of State and OAKS General Ledger.
Gathering requirements for daily, weekly and monthly reports and queries.
Maintaining reports and output results across various sections within Financial Support Services.
Running various OAKS Financials processes, i.e PayCycle, etc.
