What You’ll Do for Us:
Adopt and adapt the Global resource allocation strategy forward, getting more granular at BU functional level and Franchise Units levels into channels, regions/cities and local brands (actionable combos).
Partner with Strategy Orchestration to review and assess market opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges.
Partner with Marketing leads on developing the Portfolio Strategy and prioritizing the different category x occasion.
Partner with EWI to assess all on-going OU projects and prioritize them based on current allocation guidelines (OU Project backlog).
Define a clear Asset strategy with the Center and other functions (Marketing/Finance).
Scope:
Latin America 3 Operations & 39 Countries.
More than 20 bottlers (69 Country-Bottler Operations), including 3 of the Top 5 bottlers worldwide .
Goals and/or strategies for the role focus mid-term / long term priorities (2-3 years).
Qualification & Requirements:
Ability to integrate and prioritize (portfolio brands, initiatives, workstreams) and allocate resources (DME, FTEs, etc.) through a fact based and holistic approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities, partnering, aligning and engaging key stakeholders.
The role partners with the Marketing, Finance, EWI leads and the rest of the Organization, prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources towards the growth opportunities.
Related Work Experience:
· +7 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others
· Proven trajectory in cross functional teams’ coordination and alignment, and influencing peers.

Project management skills or experience, including comfort with ambiguity.
Broad Expertise In (Good To Have):
Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
Broader system knowledge either in another function or deep experience with multifunctional projects impacting a larger system.
Industry and competitive assessment: business and execution strategy.
Facilitation skills to drive better conversations into practical applications.
Strategic consulting experience and or experience with agile ways of working.
Communication Focus:
This role is responsible for prioritizing brands portfolio and initiatives, optimizing the resource allocation towards growth opportunities. This involves a fluid interaction with functional peers, while also supporting, communicating and influencing senior management levels.
Recommends and negotiates resource allocation internally, usually pushing against opposing interests.
Fosters dialogue among category teams to support CMO’s management of overall category portfolio.
Partners with the Marketing, Finance, EWI and Strategy Orchestration leads to align on a common prioritized growth agenda.
