You will participate in the design, development and implementation of training materials and sessions in support of the proposed solution. To succeed in this role, you will need to communicate well with the technical implementation team as well as with clients and their stakeholders. Your future duties and responsibilities:
CGI is looking to hire an experienced Training Lead and Coach. You will work in one of the most significant and highly visible teams, which gives you an opportunity to make a statement across multiple levels with your efforts. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is client-focused and detail-oriented. In this role you will apply analytical thinking to solve dynamic problems working directly with our customers. You will need to ensure clear and accurate delivery of information, be able to eliminate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, adapt to change, incorporate new information, focus on results, and work proficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven, environment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Is an EXPERT in the field of Training and Coaching:
• Very strong hands-on experience in assessing training needs, consulting with organizational leadership, creating engaging curricula, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
• Very strong hands-on development and delivery of various modes of training and supporting assets including in-person training, virtual training, manuals, user guides, quick-start guides, and online resources.
• Very strong experience planning the development and implementation of training programs.
• Very strong verbal and written interpersonal communication – able to clearly articulate business and technical solutions.
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary.
• Experienced in maintaining training records and preparing reports on training outcomes.
• Strong experience in eliciting business and solution requirements from stakeholders and managing stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience managing the life cycle of training assets; ideation through sunset.
• Experience performing business process management and modeling.
• Experience performing solution evaluation: measure and analyze solution performance and assess limitations. Ability to convey performance and limitations to stakeholders through effective communications or training.

• Ability to direct and lead teams of individuals to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience performing or supporting Organizational Change Management.
• Experience with Balsamiq or similar wireframe / mock-up tool.
• Experience with Visio, Draw.io, or similar process-mapping tool.
• Professional certification in Organizational Change Management such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
• Professional certification in Project Management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis such as ECBA, CCBA, and CBAP series or PMI-PBA.
• Professional certification in Agile Business Analysis or Product Owner practices such as IIBA-AAC, SCPO, or PSPO.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800- $150,200.
