Responsibilities:
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Handling technical, troubleshooting, and trading related issues coming from different systems and trading platforms.
Communicating with customers through various channels (live chat, phone call, email and social media)
Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications:
With at least 2 years of experience in customer service in BPO setup
with excellent communication skills in English
Amenable to work in shifting and/or rotational schedule
Amenable to work onsite
