Seeking a client service associate to join our high net worth investment advisory team. This key role is responsible for managing client accounts and relationships by providing exceptional service and responding to all client inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
Field client phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly
Coordinate documentation for client account openings and transfers
Manage account paperwork and administrative tasks
Work with firm's financial advisors to assemble materials for client reviews and meetings
Maintain thorough knowledge of firm offerings and services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related area
2+ years of client service experience; financial services experience preferred
High degree of professionalism and commitment to positive client relationships
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Experience with CRM platforms and financial planning software a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
