Responsibilities:
What You’ll do
As a Freedom Office Data Entry Clerk, you will be support data collection and entry regarding the new store ordering process.
Enter & maintain data in Excel spreadsheets & other systems – including purchase order data, supplier data, and shipment tracking data.
Support the communication & response tracking with suppliers on late or missing orders.
Communicate with buyers and replenishment team members on data discrepancies & vendor responses
Produce tracking data and reports as needed.
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualities for Success
At least 1 year of data entry experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of retail business practices.
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
