Customer Service Consultant Compensation
The pay for this position is $22 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Customer Service Consultant Highlights
The required availability for this position is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Customer Service Consultant Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Training Consultant and Performance Monitoring Consultant
Perform direct training to new hires and assist in maintaining internal resources to support ongoing training Review quality of customer interactions
Communicate training opportunities when present
Collaborate with internal team(s) to identify opportunities and obtain necessary documentation to support training and quality reviews
Customer Service Consultant Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
2-4 years Training/Quality experience in customer service or call center environment
Customer Service Consultant Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
