Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our
dynamic sales team here at Lawson & Murphy/Seller 7! The primary responsibility of this role is
to make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, close sales,
and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a
passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
● Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing
customers to promote products or services.
● Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and create new sales opportunities
through effective communication and follow-up.
● Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by
consistently closing deals and upselling products or services.
● Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a detailed database of customer
interactions and catalog sales progress using Microsoft Office.
● Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to
effectively address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on
customer preferences, product demands, and market trends.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members to share insights and
strategies for achieving sales goals.
● Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to answer questions, resolve issues,
and build strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in making outbound calls, is
preferred.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage
customers and build rapport quickly.
● Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer needs analysis, and
closing strategies.
