Responsibilities:
Schedules panel interviews for job requisitions
Act as the point of contact for orientation & onboarding answering questions about pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure prompt completion and a positive candidate experience
Maintain consistent communication with the Talent Acquisition leadership and their teams
Communicates with Recruiting Partners, candidates and hiring leaders to keep them informed of interview schedules
Reviews and updates the interview tracker in excel to ensure all tasks are completed
Uses Workday to access resumes and input data regarding interviews for panels to upload interview guides
Leverages Workday to assign requisitions
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications for Position
High school diploma
Knowledge of calendaring technology such as Outlook
Comfortable in Excel spreadsheets
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously.
Detail oriented and comfortable with a high volume of work.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to exercise independent judgment to make timely decisions and prioritize projects/responsibilities.
Must possess strong technical skills in tools such as Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
