One of the region’s largest privately-owned real estate developers, has been creating vibrant communities for over 50 years, seeking a Development Assistant to join our Development and Land Acquisitions Team, working directly with the President of the department. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to enhance their development skills through daily interaction with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Stay updated on active, on-hold, and historic projects.
Manage data collection from online resources, including tax and property information.
Ensure accuracy in transaction and development data in technology systems.
Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Provide administrative support, including calendar management and travel bookings.
Schedule meetings and maintain contact lists.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence, responding independently when appropriate.
Complete additional assignments as required.
