[주요업무]

1. 수납 / 채권관리

- 사전적 채권관리(지급 이력 검토, 신용조회 등 리스크 예방 활동)

- 선제적 수금 관리(수납 안내 전화)

- 수금약속 이행 상황 점검 및 약속 이행 독려

- 미반제 가수금 관리

- 수금반제 업무

- 수금액 집계(주1회)

- 수금 요청 안내문 발송

- 독촉장, 최고서 내용증명 발송

- 수금 지연 사유 규명(잔고대사 / 클레임 파악)

- 수금 분쟁 원인 파악 및 고객과 협의

- 충당금 관리

2. 보고업무

- 담당 고객 관리내역, 지연잔고 현황, 충당금 현황

[자격요건]

- 경력: 신입 또는 경력의 경우 5년 이상 10년 이하

(AR/여신관리/채권관리/수납관리 분야)

- 학력: 무관

- 우대 사항: 법적조치 가능자, 회계지식 보유자
