Duties
Manage NM Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality groups
Supplier Development
Supplier Corrective and Preventative Action
Parallel analysis and feed forward to other supplier and internal processes
Efficiently manage group and support budget and related activities
Responsible for associate development and training for designated groups
Manage and monitor supplier quality activities and in-house customer satisfaction
Manage and monitor internal IPPAAR/IPP activities
Manage and monitor quality activities for New Model
Manage and monitor supplier quality issues
Business Planning & Budget for Supplier Group
Proficient in Microsoft software (excel, word, power point, access)
Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
Strong management and organizational skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks/projects

2 years of proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.
3 years of previous management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related flield.
