Associate Consultant - Food (m/f/d)

The SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg, SAP Agricultural Contract Management for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

What you will do

Learn and gain expert level knowledge of the various standard SAP modules and our solutions SAP Dairy Management and/or SAP Meat & Fish Management by msg

Support in delivering complex projects to Food & Manufacturing industry clients

Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand-out solutions meeting clients' need

Support writing functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery

Interact with clients to understand their operational, process and functional requirements

Comprehend and document complex business processes

Provide administrative support to the project delivery team

What we are looking for

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with strong client relationship skills

Excellent time-management skills

Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with hands on mentality

Information technology knowledge and willingness to learn about SAP

Understanding of basic IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Readiness to collaborate and work in teams

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English (oral and in writing)

Ability to work full time (40 hours/week)

Ability to travel up to 50 %

Must be legally authorized to work in Croatia without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice to have

Working experience on project in IT industry

Food & Manufacturing industry working experience

Business processes knowledge such as procurement, production, sales and similar

Experience in analysis and documentation of business processes

Experience of modelling of as-is and to-be processes

Familiarity with SAP modules is considered and advantage
