Position summary:
Deliver sales target for Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine and Shoulder Arthroplasty by developing sales strategies and executing plans for his/her territory and accounts in alignment with the company and the team to achieve financial goals of the business.
Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities and develops outstanding relationships with the prospective customers in order to effectively manage sales leads generated
Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
Understand core needs of customers and dealers to translate them into his strategy and plans
Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve financial goals
Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Engage his plans to business counterparts such as dealers, customers, and internal business partners
Come up with innovative solutions in meeting his targets and collaborating with the team
Product Management through the entire product life cycle including market needs, product registration, new product launch, product training, product promotion/advertising and product end of life.
Efficient at operating works: including equipment and implants Demonstration
Set up the training plans for internal & external customer.
Submit consistent and timely reporting of sales opportunities, lead follow up and forecasts and other reporting as required.
Education & special trainings:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Good product knowledge and business intelligence in his experience
Trusted and professional relationships with key customers and business partners at his current career
Qualifications & experience:
More than 5 years’ sales experience in medical device industry, and experience in Orthopedics market highly preferred

Communications skill: accuracy, able to individualize per counterpart’s tone & manner
Multi-tasking ability
Be persistent and proactive
Demonstrated ability to manage large territory
Demonstrated verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-one interaction) and written communication skills (Korean, English)
