Responsibilities:

Partners with the Business, Business Analysts (BA), and/or the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to brainstorm optimal SAP technical solutions, resolve business problems, and ensure appropriate documentation

Effectively partners with other IT Groups to deliver IT Services by working closely with project managers in both the IT PMO and the business, estimating work packages, and reporting timekeeping per Planview requirements

Assists in identifying continuous improvement opportunities within scope of responsibilities, introducing new approaches and processes to enhance department and business growth and efficiency

Stays current with industry standards and certifications, envisions new capabilities, collects and publishes service level metrics, and maintains in-depth knowledge of business and technology

Participates in development work by creating and modifying development objects according to design specifications and standards, engaging in projects like Global SAP rollouts and process improvements, and performing unit and integration testing of development objects

Engages in design work by identifying SAP best practices and tools that meet requirements while adhering to Hollister standards and guidelines, creating technical specifications based on functional requirements, and assisting Business Analysts in requirements gathering and design

Diagnose and resolve application related issues

Handles administrative responsibilities by maintaining and improving SAP development skills and knowledge, providing management with recommendations on new technologies, and fostering mentoring and knowledge sharing within the development team

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, such as manufacturing, supply chain, sales, or within a global enterprise integrating multiple systems

Experience in developing and updating SAP programs using technical and programmatic research, ensuring adherence to SAP Core-Clean principles, implementing proper error handling and logging, debugging efficiently, and defining SAP coding standards aligned with enterprise needs

Experience with various SAP modules including HR, FICO, WM, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, CO, and MDG, among others

Proficient in developing all WRICEF objects

Proficient in ABAP programming in ECC 6.0 and newer versions (ABAP 7.4/7.5, ABAP on HANA), implementing RESTful ABAP Programming Model and CDS Views

Proficient in developing OData services and ITS Mobile applications, Web services programming and UI5 for Fiori app creation and extension

Experience in creating reports (List, Interactive, ALV), function modules, RFCs, user exits, BADI's, enhancement spots, using classes, methods, and interfaces, dialog/module pool programming for custom transactions, RF console transaction development, data dictionary, LSMW, interface programming (ALE/EDI/IDOC), SAPScripts, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in object-oriented programming language, preferably Object-Oriented ABAP or Java

Exposure to S4/Hana and Extended Warehouse Management programming, including Handling Units, in SAP Extended Warehouse Management in S4/Hana

Preferably experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)

Fluent in English
