Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in real estate, trust & estates, criminal law, construction, and tax law.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Manage all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, including depositions and court appearances.

Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.

Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active VA State Bar membership.

3-9 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.

Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
