Here is the Role: The Change Management and Communication Lead (CMC)- Senior Manager is responsible for managing all sustainment and deployment activities for the client.

Your Responsibilities:
Manages large project teams.
Decision making on team structure, project priorities, and meeting workflow.
Design and decision making on objectives for critical assignments.
Planning, designing, and delivering mass communications to educate users and leaders on General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) process/guidance.
Assisting Program Manager in development and maintenance of SharePoint features and automated processes.
Aiding in the development of advanced SharePoint features and automated processes
Maintenance of shared client mailbox and providing provisioning requirements for all SharePoint applications.
Developing and maintaining master communication schedule to log progress for deployment outbound communications.
Attending/leading weekly Organizational Change Management (OCM) and stakeholder meetings.
Attending/coordinating monthly stakeholder meetings
Attendance at Ad Hoc working sessions for important deliverables.
Oversight and maintenance of collaborative efforts between deployment partners to ensure delivery of over 250+ communications artifacts.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience you need:
7-10 years of change management and communications experience.
7+ years of experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Experience in communications nuances for staff and senior leadership.
Experience in resolving complex problems in fast-paced environments.
Experience in relationship building in critical business situations.
Experience in crucial leadership conversations when necessary.
Knowledge of basic design standards.
Experience in presenting concise and effective information to high level officials.
Be liaison between business and client.
Plan and lead tasks and processes.
Design and develop work products for client needs.
Identify, analyze, and develop recommendations for client concerns.
Collaboration with client personnel in work projects.
Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite tools.
Thrives in a fast-paced high intensity work environment.
Strong writing and communication skills
Analytical Thinker
Flexible to perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledgeable of following company business strategy.
Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel up to 10-15% nationally and internationally for client business as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in hybrid/remote office environment and requires operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
Must be able to lift small packages or other items up to 20lbs and travel short or long distances in a car, airplane, or other vehicle of transportation to client destinations nationally and internationally if needed.
Extra Credit if you have:
4-year degree in Communications or related field.
