Ø Timely generation of all Order and regular follow up with the manufacturing segment to ensure timely dispatches.
Ø Liaison with all departments to accomplish demand of customer.
Ø To coordinate with PPC / Factory / Dispatch and ensure timely delivery of the finished goods to the customers.
Ø Provide best pre / post sales services to the customers.
Ø Maintain excellent PR skills with both internal and external customers.
Ø Proactive Feedback to customer as validated from Business Manager.
Ø Gradually look for new developments of clientele in collaboration with Business Manager
