Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Onboarding SPOC, HRSS
As an Onboarding spoc lead in Corporate vertical of Genpact, you’ll be responsible for end to end onboarding of employees. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that’s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
· End to end onboarding of employees on their first day at the company. Need to ensure smooth candidate experience.
· Prepare joining documents and other pre-requisites for onboarding candidates
· Collaborate with other team members and cross functional teams to close joining formalities on the system.
· Directly interaction with the employees and need to demonstrate strong people skills.
· Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance and policies
Qualification we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification - Graduation (MBA preferred) • Relavant years of onboarding experience preferred
Preferred qualifications
· HR domain knowledge exp. Preferred
· MBA would be an added advantage
