CFE Marketing is seeking motivated individuals with strong call center backgrounds, particularly in cold calling, sales, and appointment setting. This role is perfect for those comfortable handling high-volume calls, with a high rejection rate, and possessing resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Qualifications:**
A minimum of 4 CXC subjects including English is required
No CXC? a minimum of 1 year Call Center experience is needed in Sales and/or Cold Calling
Candidate must be 18 years or older to be considered.
**Experience:**
- **Preferred:** Cold calling, sales, and appointment setting.
- **Acceptable but Less Favored:** Customer service, retention, finance, loans, banking, tourism, or inbound campaigns.
**Technical Requirements:**
- Must have reliable internet and a noise-canceling headset with a microphone.
- Must work on a desktop or laptop—mobile devices or tablets are not permitted for this role.
**Work Ethic & Expectations:**
- Willingness to complete end-of-day reports and attend camera-on meetings.
- Flexibility with scripts and campaign adjustments to maximize results.
- Coachable and open to feedback with a commitment to improvement.
- Punctuality and strong time management are critical.
