As a Mystery Shopper,you will conduct discreet, undercover evaluations of restaurants, hotels, bars, and retail locations to assess customer service, operational compliance, and insider threats such as fraud and theft. Your reports will provide critical insights that help businesses improve guest experience and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned hospitality and retail locations anonymously to evaluate service, compliance, and security measures.

Assess customer experience, including staff professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.

Identify potential insider threats, including policy violations, cash handling issues, and suspicious activity.

Test compliance measures, such as ID verification for alcohol service, POS integrity, and refund fraud.

Provide detailed written reports on findings, including employee behavior, security vulnerabilities, and service quality.

Maintain confidentiality and objectivity all assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in hospitality, security, or retail operations is a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detailand ability to observe and document interactions accurately.

Excellent written communication skills for creating clear and professional reports.

Ability to blend in as a regular guest or customer while conducting assessments.

Reliable transportation to visit different locations as assigned, reimbursement varies by assignment.

Must be discreet and ethical,maintaining objectivity and professionalism at all times.
