JOB SUMMARY:
As an Electrical Service Technician at KEP Electric, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver superior electrical services to our clients. Working primarily on residential new construction projects, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in newly built homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in newly constructed residential properties, adhering to local building codes and project specifications.
Collaborate closely with builders, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical installations and ensure project timelines are met.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption for homeowners.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in electrical systems preferred.
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician, with a focus on residential new construction.
Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
