Job Summary:
uBriGene Biosciences is seeking a Customer Support & Inside Sales Representative to support and expand our cell and gene therapy CRO services. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and clients, focusing on customer engagement and sales growth. A background in biology is preferred, especially with experience in iPSC and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding CRO services.
Provide timely and professional support to existing and potential clients.
Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Inside Sales:
Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive sales.
Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product information.
Collaborate with marketing to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work with production, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and generate sales reports.
Provide customer feedback to refine service offerings and marketing strategies.
Industry Engagement:
Attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent uBriGene.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
Preferred experience with iPSC, cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
