Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Heart & Urocare Center is a specialized cardiac and urology hospital under Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., committed to providing advanced and free healthcare services. The facility includes a CATH lab, modular OTs, ICU, and specialized medical units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital operations, patient services, and resource management.

• Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and government health schemes.

• Supervise staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.

• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and hospital billing.

• Enhance patient experience and grievance resolution.

• Coordinate with medical teams, government agencies, and insurance bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

MHA/MBA in Healthcare or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration.

5+ years’ experience in hospital management.

Expertise in healthcare operations, finance, and compliance.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
