Should have experience in handling International calls & customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Adequately coordinating across the departments
Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
Maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Experience in B2B sales or account management.
A team player with a high level of dedication
