Must be hands:on in the role and well versed in onboarding, visa processes, etc.

due to new opening and pre:opening practices.

The role will be based in Jeddah and you will be setting up the department.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Proven minimum 8+ years working experience as an HR executive to HOD level * Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic preferred * Previous background in hospitality / F and B / Leisure / Retail preferred but open * Self:motivated, but ability to work as part of a small team, being flexible in work approach, comfortable working low:level detail and high level strategy and working to support the team.

* People oriented and results driven * Experience in the region essential and preference given to Saudi nationals due to Saudization * Knowledge of HR systems and databases * Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills * Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Salary Package Offered: SAR25:35k pm NEG Get in touch:
