What You Will Do:

Responsible for attaining the annual Treasury Management revenue goal by Region and/or Profit Center by through lead generation and relationship development

Strategically identify potential opportunities from an active high net-worth network and existing clients as appropriate.

Executes on a consultative approach to prospects and clients to present customized solutions to meet client needs.

Partners with Profit Center Banking team to move opportunities through FWT’s proven sales process, including sales team creation and proposal delivery for existing and prospective clients.

Assists in driving Treasury Management product strategies, initiatives, and training within Profit Centers.

Works with Market President and Banking Manager to help identity client expansion opportunities in the existing portfolio.

Maintains an active and visible place within the community, utilizing a strong network of centers of influence via community groups, boards, and local estate planning councils.

Utilizes and builds expert product knowledge and current knowledge of tax laws and financial strategies.

Use holistic approach to leverage and cross-sell First Western’s full suite of products and services.

What You Bring:

Advanced knowledge of financial, tax, and wealth planning.

Experience with CRM preferred.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

High initiative and follow-through.

5-7 years Banking experience with an emphasis on treasury management, business development, and client services. Required

Pay Range: $120,000/YR + Unlimited Commissions
