Position Summary: At IGS Energy, we are powered by people. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our PAW team (People Are Why) to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various Corporate and Field Sales roles in the company.

Team Summary: The IGS Energy TA team is a small but mighty group dedicated to providing our candidates and hiring partners the best possible experience. You’ll join 2 senior Talent Acquisition Partners and report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. You’ll also work closely with our Field Sales Recruitment team composed of a Talent Acquisition Manager, 2 Talent Acquisition Partners and 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists, our HR Business Partners, and HR Operations team (Benefits, HRIS, etc.) that’s second to none.

Who we’re Looking for: Our ideal candidate will have a passion for learning about all thing’s talent acquisition. From developing and maintaining relationships with hiring leaders and candidates to screening of qualified candidates, administration of background checks and onboarding. They will nerd out when they source the perfect candidate via LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter Handshake etc. to help IGS in our mission to change the future of energy and celebrate when their peers have success as well. In addition, they’ll be a self-starter and feel comfortable jumping in to solve complex problems and create solutions to better our Talent practice.

Required skills and qualifications.

Working towards a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in human resources management or similar field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Positive team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

Our Interview Process:

Phone Screen with SR Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a final 60 min Microsoft Teams Interview with both Managers of Talent Acquisition

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $52,000.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
