Job Description

To support the Financial Crime Prevention - Review team at the head office in Vaduz, you will take on the following tasks in the role of Compliance Officer:

You will be responsible for reviewing the risks of business relationships as part of periodic reviews in the high-risk area.

In addition, you will carry out spot checks on existing periodic reviews with regard to applicable regulations such as the regulatory requirements in accordance with the DDA/SPO (GWG/GWV), FMA guidelines and notifications of international KYC, AML and CTF standards as well as our internal quality guidelines.

You will independently identify the need for action and initiate appropriate measures.

You are responsible for ensuring that all internal procedures and processes comply with the applicable regulations and laws.

You will support our employees in BRM with plausibility checks and monitoring tasks as part of updating business profiles and issues relating to due diligence obligations.

Participating in the implementation of new regulations and the associated standard setting as well as the further development of internal guidelines and processes

Collaboration in the bank's ongoing quality management and in the area of financial crime prevention

Requirements

For this responsible position we are looking for a discreet and committed person with the following profile:

Completed commercial training in banking or professional experience in the banking sector

Initial experience of working in a compliance environment and with the regulatory requirements of a bank would be an advantage

Fluent German and very good written and oral English skills, other languages an advantage

Affinity for reviewing client relationships and a keen interest in further professional development

Methodical, structured and conscientious approach

Reliable and independent way of working
