Qualifications:

Compensation: Total earnings range from $80,000 to $120,000, with potential for higher offers for exceptional candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction Electrical Project Manager

Strong background in commercial, medical, design-build, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects

Extensive expertise in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts

Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and securing projects

Ability to manage a profitable portfolio

Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and other estimating software

Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills

Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus

College degree preferred, but not required
