has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative (Equipment & Technical Sales) for the state of Arizona.

is seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Arizona!

This key role supports our sales staff by managing equipment logistics, performing maintenance and repairs to maintain our rental fleet, provide on-site technical assistance to customers, and engage in face-to-face sales interactions to help drive revenue growth.

A company work truck, laptop, and cell phone are provided for the sales professional to cover their territory across the state of Arizona.

The qualified applicant will be required to have outside sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed.

Experience selling equipment or machinery a plus!

Requirements for the outside sales representative include: Selling skills and outside sales experience (government contracts and/or bid experience preferred). Basic mechanical aptitude or experience towing equipment/machinery to safely transport equipment from rental locations.

Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement maintenance industry or related field is preferred.

Experience selling equipment or machinery is preferred.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to support our customers.

Ability to travel within Arizona as needed to pick up and deliver equipment.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience is required.
