Description:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re searching for a dynamic and skilled Anesthesiologist or CRNA to join our elite team at a top-tier, single-specialty, office-based surgery center in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. This is more than just a job—it’s an invitation to immerse yourself in a unique environment where the art of aesthetic enhancement meets the precision of cutting-edge anesthetic care.

Your Role:

As a key player in our AAASF-certified outpatient facility, you’ll deliver high-quality anesthetic care using conscious sedation and total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA). Each day offers a new challenge, working alongside leading plastic surgeons to support a variety of plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgeries. Your expertise will be the foundation for life-changing patient experiences.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

Autonomy & Respect: Enjoy the independence of working autonomously while collaborating with top-tier professionals in the field. Your contribution will be at the core of our patient’s transformative journeys.

Work-Life Balance: Experience a consistent schedule with workdays starting at 8 or 8:30 AM and wrapping up by 4 or 4:30 PM, with only occasional Saturdays. Enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays free to spend as you please.

Exceptional Benefits: We offer a competitive salary starting at $225,000 annually, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and two weeks of paid time off. Additional perks include full coverage for licensing and DEA expenses, malpractice stipends, continuing medical education support, and unique plastic surgery fringe benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensing & Certification: You must have an unrestricted Anesthesiologist/CRNA license, along with current ALS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Board certification through NBCRNA or ABA is essential.

Experience: Ideally, you’ll have at least two years of experience in nurse anesthesia, with specific expertise in TIVA highly valued.

This is your chance to be part of an exclusive team where your skills are not only recognized but celebrated. Step into a role that offers both professional satisfaction and personal growth, all while contributing to the transformative experiences of our patients.

Are you ready to redefine your career? Join us in Scottsdale, where every day is an opportunity to excel, inspire, and make a lasting impact.
