As a Client Service/ Care Team Lead at Senior Helpers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client care and caregiver management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a regular communication process for new clients, including caregiver introductions, first day of service calls, and visits within the first 30 days of service.

Ensure client and family satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and finding solutions in collaboration with appropriate team members.

Conduct monthly client visits to assess service quality and satisfaction levels, spending approximately 2-3 days per month out of the office for client reassessments and management of client visits in various settings.

Adapt client care plans as needed to meet evolving needs and preferences.

Communicate with schedulers regarding caregiver changes and scheduling needs.

Supervise caregivers and conduct regular performance reviews.

Conduct monthly site checks of caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans and brand expectations.

Establish morale-building recognition programs for caregivers, such as Caregiver of the Month awards and acknowledgments of high-level performances.

Review daily logs and time sheets bi-weekly to ensure adherence to care plans and identify lost hours.

Assist in coordination of certain aspects of caregiver management, including acclimating new hires to care plans, terminations, and scheduling adjustments.

Collaborate with the Scheduling Manager to address caregiver call-offs and hire replacements as needed.

May assist with handling service inquiry calls and follow up with leads to meet revenue goals.

May contribute to community events for sales lead generation and recruitment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous industry experience required.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to quickly build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Creative, innovative, and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive leadership in problem prevention and issue resolution.

Ability to visit client homes within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook.

CNA or LPN preferred.
