JOB OVERVIEW: CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANT TO THE AVP INTERNATIONAL This is an executive assistant position.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, International, this position is responsible for dealing with sensitive and confidential issues that often have significant impact on the organization.

Utilizing strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills s/he works independently and exercises initiative and excellent judgment to complete the responsibilities of this position.

As a part of the administrative support team working within KPU International, this position will provide ad hoc support to the entire KPU International management team as needed.

*Salary Information The above compensation range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for a position.

Typically, initial salary placement is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum.

This represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position.

In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and approximately halfway of the salary range for a job with consideration given to internal equity.
